At Rseries, every wheel is engineered to exacting standards and undergoes strict quality control prior to dispatch. However, should a return be required, this policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be accepted.

Our objective is to provide clarity, fairness, and consistency while protecting the integrity of the products we deliver.

1. Eligibility for Returns

The Rseries 35-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies exclusively to eligible wheels returned in new and unused condition.

To qualify:

  • The return request must be submitted within 35 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unmounted, and uninstalled.
  • Items must be returned in pristine, resaleable condition, free from scratches, dents, markings, or any form of alteration.
  • All original packaging, protective materials, labels, accessories, and documentation must be included.

Products that show signs of installation, handling damage, or missing packaging may be rejected or subject to additional charges.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Custom-made or special-order wheels
  • Factory seconds, refurbished, or pre-owned products

Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect all products upon delivery before installation.

2. Return Authorisation Process

All returns must be authorised prior to shipment.

  • A return request must be submitted through the Rseries application form within the eligibility window.
  • Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

Unauthorised returns may be refused upon arrival.

3. Inspection & Refund Processing

Returned goods must be received and pass inspection before any refund is approved.

Once approved, the refund will enter our finance processing workflow. Funds are typically issued within 5–10 business days from the date our warehouse confirms receipt of the returned item(s), though processing times may vary depending on financial institutions.

An automatic email notification will be issued once the refund has been finalised.

4. Fees for Non-Defective Returns

To maintain operational fairness and cover handling costs, the following deductions apply to non-defective returns:

  • 10% Restocking Fee based on the purchase price
  • 2.5% Bank Transaction Fee reflecting non-recoverable payment processing charges

All original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Additional Conditions

  • Rseries reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
  • Rseries is not responsible for loss or damage occurring during return transit. 
  • Items purchased during promotional events may carry modified return conditions where explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
  • All disputes arising in connection with this policy are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

6. Proof of Return

Return submissions must include:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Original order number
  • Clear images confirming product condition prior to return

Incomplete submissions may delay processing.
