How Do We Bring Your Vision to Life?

1. Inquiry Confirmation
You can send us the picture of the designs you want , We validate design, fitment, color, and all technical requirements.

2. Quotation
Based on your confirmed specifications, we prepare a detailed quotation outlining all technical parameters, production stages, estimated lead time, and shipping options. Our quotation system is transparent and engineering-driven, ensuring you receive a precise breakdown of all costs associated with your custom forged wheels.
This step ensures that expectations, timelines, and deliverables are fully aligned before engineering begins.
3. Engineering & 3D Design
Once the order is confirmed, our engineering team begins constructing a highly detailed 3D model of your wheel. This digital blueprint defines every structural element—from spoke curvature and barrel thickness to hub geometry and aesthetic contours.

5. Rendering & FOC Approval

Once you approve the renderings, we proceed with signing the Forged Order Confirmation (FOC), which officially locks in all specifications and authorises manufacturing to begin.

With the FOC signed, your wheel enters our premium bespoke manufacturing program.
Each wheel begins as aerospace-grade T6061 forged aluminum, then undergoes precision shaping through controlled forging, followed by meticulous machining that defines its intricate form.

8. Logistics & Delivery
